About Ritchey:

Ritchey Design is the US division of a global company that sells into every meaningful cycling market on the planet with additional offices in Switzerland and Taiwan.

Tom Ritchey is the founder, president and still oversees all the product development to insure the highest quality.  Tom has an extensive racing background (currently competing in the Cape Epic race in Africa) and believes very strongly in the proving ground of racing to validate our products in the toughest conditions.

Our overarching message for 2008 is Fit Logic.  This is a moniker we use to explain the abundant choices Ritchey offers in the cockpit arena allowing for the most customization of rider to bike over any other cockpit brand on the market.

The Texas Roadhouse Cycling guys are using WCS alloy products which are the preferred products for all the race teams we deal with in the US and Europe because they hold up in the race/travel environment vey well and if there is a crash that is not too severe - an alloy product, likely will not fail, allowing a rider to get back in the race and contend the finish.  The reason for this incredible durability is our three dimensional forging process (called 3-D net forged) which delivers superior strength to weight ratio.
